Trying to leave a small footprint on the earth is seriously important to us at Vaso. We’ve been conscious of the environment in every decision we’ve made - from the packaging we use, to the artists we work with, and the materials they use to create our vessels.

Every Vaso cremation urn is carefully wrapped in recycled wool felt sourced from New Zealand farms and cocooned in a bed of loose wool before being placed lovingly in a recycled kraft board box. They are then shipped in recycled kraft shippers secured with kraft water adhesive tape. Similarly, we try to make sure any printed materials are done using recycled paper and environmentally friendly inks.

We make every effort to ship responsibily. But, we’d much rather you received your Vaso vessel in perfect condition, so we courier all our cremation urns using NZ Couriers. We chose NZ Couriers because they're trying hard to be conscious about the choices they make on our behalf and they're doing what they can to reduce their carbon footprint.
