Shipping policy

Packaging

We carefully wrap all our Vaso vessels in recycled New Zealand sheep's wool cocoon them in more loose wool before packing them snugly inside our Vaso boxes. We then sit them carefully inside a specifically designed shipper for added protection. 

We use two sizes of packaging - large for our large and medium sized vessels (sizes 1 and 2); and small for our small vessels (size 3). If you would like to purchase multiple Vaso vessels, please get in touch directly and we can organise a shipping rate.

Timing and tracking

All shipments have tracking numbers for secure delivery. Orders will generally be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email with confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you want to send your parcel in specific way, please get in touch with us soon after you made the purchase. 

Shipping companies

We are based in Aotearoa New Zealand and use NZ Couriers for all our domestic deliveries. We use DHL International for shipments outside New Zealand. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). 

Any and all import duties, customs and/or taxes incurred when importing Vaso products must be paid by the receiver.
