So how do you choose the right one? Choosing an urn is not just about size or function - it’s about finding a piece that feels right. Because like all art, your choice ultimately comes down to personal taste.  Does the piece speak to you? Does it remind you of your loved one in some way - their favourite colour or style perhaps? Or more simply, does it fit with your aesthetic and home decor?

Our divine vessels are all handmade by artists from natural clay. We make limited numbers for each collection and no two urns are the same, which is the joy of genuine art. It means your loved one will rest in something utterly unique and totally special.

We offer a variety of handcrafted urns designed to suit people’s needs:

Urns – Available in multiple sizes, from infant to adult, ensuring the perfect fit for any loved one.

Pet urns – Thoughtfully designed for cats, dogs, birds, and other small-to-medium animals.

Momento urns – Small keepsake urns that allow multiple family members or friends to hold a portion of ashes.

How to choose the right urn size

Vaso urns have been designed in multiple shapes and sizes (1, 2 & 3) to suit the various ages, stages and body types. The different designs vary in their capacities, so please check each urns particular specifications to ensure it’s appropriate for your needs.

• Our largest Vaso urn is designed to house the ashes of a fully grown adult (up to 3 kilograms of ashes).
• Our middle sized Vaso urn can house the ashes of a child or teen (up to 1.5 kilograms of ashes).
• Our smallest Vaso urn would be appropriate for the ashes of an infant or baby (up to 1 kilogram of ashes). Size 3 Vaso urns would also be suitable for most household pets.

How to Transfer the Ashes:

Once you’ve chosen your urn, you’ll need to add your loved ones ashes. There are multiple ways to do this.

Option 1: Keep the bag inside the urn – Some people prefer to place the sealed bag from the funeral home inside the urn rather than pouring the ashes directly in. This makes it easier to transfer later if needed.

Option 2: Pour the ashes directly into the urn – If you want a permanent and seamless resting place, you can carefully pour the ashes into the urn. You may then want to seal the loud onto the urn with silicone seal.

Option 3: Divide the ashes – If sharing ashes among family or friends, keepsake urns provide a way for multiple people to hold a portion of the remains.

Ultimately, it comes down to what feels most meaningful for you and your family, and how you want to honour your loved one’s memory.
